I'm sure that it's no secret to you that all over the world, our fellow brothers and sisters in the LORD are suffering persecution for their faith. Although there is some persecution in the United States, it seems to be a rarity due to the governing principles of this great nation. It must be noted, however, that as a nation begins to turn away from the true and living God,

Calvary Chapel Signal Hill has been formed as a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ and be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed to denominations as such, only their over-emphasis of doctrinal differences that have led to the division of the body of Christ. We believe that the only true basis of Christian fellowship is His (Agape) love, which is greater than any differences we possess and without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christians.

This is why God sent His only Son to die in your place. John 3:16 (NKJV) says, "For God so Loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
